Our cars are GEMs, the leader in electric, street-legal transportation. Their clean, distinctive look brings style to our corporate partners and elevates the profile of the events we serve. These cars feature four to six forward-facing high back seats, three-point seat belts, and 100% electric.

Does whip have a mobile app?
The short answer is yes. Our new and improved app is on the way. Expected launch date: 2/28/2023
Do I have to tip the drivers?
Gratuities for drivers are appreciated but never required and solely at your discretion. Your service will be prepaid and our drivers do not carry money for their safety.
Can kids join the rides?
Safety is our primary concern for everyone so our vehicles follow Tennessee state child passenger laws. Children must be 8 years of age OR have reached a height of 4’9” and secured by a safety belt.
What is your cancellation policy?
Private driving services will require a full refund or credit with a 12-hour notice of cancellation. Reservations made within a 12 hour time period will automatically be deemed nonrefundable. For corporate or event services please contact an associate for policies specific to those services.
